I’m having trouble receiving the Dail-eNews emails
If you have already checked that you are currently a registered subscriber to the Dail-eNews, then most likely your email is getting stopped in your SPAM filter. This can happen intermitently or on a consistent basis.
What that means is that we are sending your email every weekday, but that something is blocking it between us and your mailbox.
There are many reasons that this could happen and the best solution is to whitelist our email address or server IP to allow our emails through to you. If you are at a business, you may need to contact your Email Administrator and ask them to whitelist the email for you. You will need to give them the following information:
Our sending Server IP address is: 18.104.22.168
Our two email addresses used in sending the news are: email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org
Once your email administrator has whitelisted our emails, you should begin receiving your news again.
